CV

Agnethe Nilstad is a PhD-student at the Oslo Sports Trauma Research Center. Her research is focused on investigating risk factors for ACL-injuries in elite female football players.

Agnethe is a physical therapist with a MSc in Sports Physiotherapy from The Norwegian School of Sport Sciences. Injury prevention is her main field of interest, and as a master student she was part of the project "The 11+". In her thesis she assessed compliance with "The 11+" warm-up programme and attitudes towards injury prevention among the team coaches participating in the study.

She is also working as a physical therapist at a sports clinic. Her own sports background is versatile, and she enjoys spending time on a mountain bike in the summertime and to go skiing in the winter.
