Anders Hauge Engebretsen (MD PhD) has completed the Medical Research Curriculum at the University of Oslo (UiO). In early 2011, Anders defended his PhD thesis on the topic of "Football and injuries. Screening, risk factors and prevention".

He is currently working at Drammen hospital at the Department of Pediatrics.

Anders is also a member of the Oslo/Akershus local branch of the Norwegian Sports Medicine Federation.
