Arnlaug is studying for a Master of Science degree in Sports Physioterapy at The Norwegian School of Sports and Sciences. Her master project is part of a large prospective cohort study aimed to investigate risk factors for ACL injuries among female team sport players.
Arnlaug is investigating the associations between anatomical riskfactors and knee valgus during landings in female elite team handball- and football players.
Arnlaug completed her bachelor in Physical Therapy in 2007 at Høgskolen in Oslo. Working as a physical therapist in privat practice, she has gained experience of sports injuries, rehabilitation and prevention. Arnlaug has also worked with a juniorteam in Biathlon, and as a previous handball player, she has wide experience with handball injuries.
