Halvard Grova has worked as a physical therapist since 2006. He finished his MSc degree in Sports Physiotherapy from the Norwegian School of Sport Sciences in June 2009.
As a master student he was part of the project ”Risk factors for non-contact ACL injuries in elite female team handball players – A prospective cohort study”. He wrote his thesis about subtalar pronation and knee valgus during landing in handball players.
Halvard has injuries to the knee and foot as his main field of interest. After finnishing his studies in Oslo, Halvard continued to work at a private physiotherapy clinic in Stavanger and in the medical team of the local elite soccer club.
Halvard is a former track athlete.
