Håvard Visnes qualified as an MD in 2006 and currently he works as a resident in orthopaedics at Kysthospitalet i Hagavik near Bergen. He is also trained as a physical therapist.
Håvard's research area is jumper’s knee and he has published two articles. From 2006 he has been the principal investigator for a prospective study focusing in rick factors for patellar tendinopathy (jumper’s knee).
Håvard has played elite volleyball for more than 10 years, and he has represented Norway on the national team during this period.
