Tone Tufte Bere is a PhD-student at Oslo Sport Trauma Research Center at Norwegian School of Sport Sciences. She is working on a video analysis project to describe injury mechanisms in World Cup alpine skiing.
Tone is a physical therapist and was educated at Bergen University College (2002), and she has a master degree in Sport Physical Therapy at Norwegian School of Sport Sciences (2008). As a master student, she was working with the FIS Injury Surveillance System.
Tone has experience with skiing injuries during several seasons of ski patrolling, and she is a former competitive skier in alpine and telemark skiing.
