25 physicians from all over the world traveled to Oslo to officially finish their 2-year distance-learning program in sports medicine with a purpose to be best prepared for their roles of taking care of athletes´ health.

Every week, 1 out of 5 players in Toppserien (Norwegian women's football premier league) has an injury/illness that prevents them from fully participating or performing optimally. PhD candidate Roar Amundsen has mapped out all injuries among female football players at the elite level in Norway.

3.9 million NOK to Team Skadefri from Sparebankstiftelsen DNB
Team Skadefri, which is a part of the Oslo Sports Trauma Research Center, has received 3.9 million Norwegian Kroner from Sparebankstiftelsen DNB for further development of the project "Prep to be Pro" (Norwegian; “Nærmere Best”).
